Weeding and turn soil of small front side garden

Description
Looking for somebody ASAP for this. I have a small piece of front garden that had all the hedges removed 2 months ago. I was supposed to put grass seed down but never got to it. Since then weeds have started to grow back. I'm looking for somebody to remove all the weeds and turn all the soil and leave ready for putting down grass seed, which I will do myself. The picture attached is before the hedges were removed a few weeks ago. I am attaching it just to show the small size of the area for reference

@Donagh M. Thanks Donagh, appreciate the offer but I will wait for other offers. The guy who removed all the stumps and hedges and turned all the soil was 40% cheaper and there was a lot more work in thag but I appreciate the offer
