Yeah basically all rooms bar the dining room , kitchen is down hence no need for dining room. Yeah supplies and fitted please as haven’t even ordered anything yet. Would probably looking at going with roughly 6 inch high

Based in Dublin 9 - added the dimensions of the downstairs. It wouldn’t be the majority of the downstairs minus the dining room as the kitchen has since been relocated there.
